Howdy. We ship almost all orders to you via UPS. Once your package has shipped, you can track its progress on this page. Use either the Pinemeadow Order Number we emailed you when you placed your order or the UPS Tracking Number (emailed to you by UPS).

• Orders on weekends: Pinemeadow Golf is closed on weekends. If you ordered on a weekend or holiday, we will not be able to process your order until the next business day.
• Time to Build: We custom build your order just for you. Our goal is to do this in 2 business days. In some rare cases it can take more than 5 business days. If that happens, we will notify you right away. Generally the more you customize your order with special requests the longer it will take to build.

If you believe your order has been delayed and should have been shipped by now, please contact us. We will see just what is happening with your order and get right back to you. Of course, getting right back to you does not mean Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, or those very rare days in Oregon when the sun is shining.

We do understand that most of you don't trust the internet and are panicked to get your clubs yesterday (hey, so are we), but please — be patient. We work as fast as possible and good things sometimes take a little time. Thank you for your business!
